This letter is in response to a statement on how you helped me live a much better life.
One afternoon, now many years ago, you came to my house and after a few pleasantries that we shared, you told me that you came over to save my life. I was a little stunned but I have learned to listen to what other people say to me and I have a deep faith in God plus have had other times when the Lord has spoken to me directly or through other people, so I listened to you and believed what you said to me that day. I am so happy that you followed your heart to help me.
You taught me how to lower my inflammation through classes and a lot of personal visits. Learning how to make the foods and changing my diet to include many home made remedies like fermented cabbage such as Kim Chi, plus other fermented vegetables and non fermented almond flour muffins filled with fruit was easy.
What amazed me was that the changes were simple and truly good tasting. My favorite and I use it almost daily is bone broth, beef or chicken. Even though I haven't done everything you have suggested, I have incorporated a large amount of changes like taking a probiotic daily, cutting down largely on sugar born foods and carbohydrates.
My state of health was terrible when I started in my late sixties and my 30 year plus fight with diabetes had caused horrible neuropathy in my legs and feet. Now with your help, some other supplements, my neuropathy is now 90% better with almost no pain. (Originally, I used nine u-100 vials of insulin monthly. Because my pancreas is somewhat functioning I now use 4 vials a month.)
